Due to the nature of RoDae&Co. products, we are unable to accept returned products.

Order Processing Time: 2-5 Business Days

Order Shipping Time: 2-4 (Priority or First Class). 

NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES

Orders are shipped by USPS Monday-Friday, once shipped you will receive your tracking number via email.

Business days for processing and shipping times DO NOT include the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or holidays. The processing timeframe is separate from your shipping timeframe.

Replacement

If a product arrives damaged, you must email us at hello@rodaeandco.com within 7 days with photo of damaged item attached in email and a replacement will be shipped to you.
