Q: Do You Ship Outside The US?
A :Yes, we ship worldwide.
Q: Are preservatives used in products?
A: No preservatives are not used in any of our products.
Q: I have a question regarding my order?
A: At any time you can email RoDae&Co at hello@rodaeandco.com please include order number in "subject" line.
Q: The status of my package has not been updated since post office received it?
A: During this time USPS is currently backed up, if you believe your package has been lost or stolen please be sure to put in a claim with USPS. Also please know that once we deliver your package to the post office we have no control over the timeframe.
Q: I sent a direct message on Instagram about my order and haven't received a response?
